The vineyards in the business center of San Pietro in Guarano insist instead on archaic land of granitic nature in deca, located at an altitude 800/1000 mtabove see level and exposed to the south. The company is structured on 15 hectares of new planting, with very tight sixths, about 7,000 plants per hectare (1.80 x 0.80 ), which enable long life to the vineyard and the wine produced. The forms of the vineyard farming are horizontal cordon for red and Guyot for whites. Production is deliberately controlled to obtain unique taste wine respectful of terroi, that recreates ancient flavors and remain intact over time .
